Pro-RT AlignCube 6DoF from Diagnomatic by Pro-Project provides reference and offset positions for checking treatment couch translations and rotations with the separately sold AlignCube phantom.

- The Pro-RT AlignCube 6DoF Plate is designed to support QA procedures consistent with AAPM TG-142 recommendations for image-guided positioning/repositioning and treatment couch correction verification.
Reference and Offset Positions
Use the left cutout as the upright reference and the right cutout for the defined offset. Following CBCT verification, the couch correction can be compared with the reference position.
At the 12 o'clock mounting orientation, the specified offsets are:

The underside mounting cutouts allow 12, 3, 6 and 9 o'clock orientations. A compatible adapter connects the plate to the treatment couch. The plate is an optional accessory; the AlignCube phantom is sold separately.
