The anatomical structure is accurate, with distinct surface bony landmarks. Thoracentesis sites are designed along the scapular line, midaxillary line, and posterior axillary line. Detection components are installed per puncture requirements, providing real-time voice prompts for operational errors. Suitable for demonstration and training of posterior thoracentesis.

Training Features
- The simulated standardized patient is seated in reverse on a backrest chair with arms resting flat, presenting a highly realistic appearance.
- Distinct surface landmarks and accurate anatomical positioning allow easy palpation of the scapula, ribs, intercostal spaces, and spinous processes. Percuss the dull areas on both sides of the back to determine the puncture site.
- Puncture Sites: Thoracentesis can be performed bilaterally along the scapular line, midaxillary line, and posterior axillary line, maximizing the utility of the simulated patient.
