Pro-NM ACR Performance SPECT + PET - Diagnomatic - 08-912

The design of the Pro-NM ACR Performance phantom represents the gold standard for performance evaluation and quality assurance (QA) of SPECT and PET systems, and this model is fully compliant with the accreditation requirements of the ACR (American College of Radiology).

In the SPECT version, the Pro-NM ACR Performance phantom enables the assessment of key tomographic imaging parameters such as spatial resolution (solid rod insert), cold-spot contrast (set of solid spheres), and tomographic uniformity (uniform region). The phantom can also be used to evaluate the effectiveness of attenuation and scatter correction algorithms. In the PET Lid version—obtained by removing the spheres and installing the PET Lid cover—the phantom is configured for PET accreditation testing. The PET Lid cover (in accordance with ACR recommendations) replaces the set of solid spheres with a series of vials simulating hot and cold foci of activity uptake.
