Ladder Phantom - PH-9-2 - Kyoto Kagaku
CT spatial-resolution evaluation using simulated contrast-enhanced vessels
The PH-9-2 Ladder Phantom is a static, non-anthropomorphic CT image-quality phantom designed to evaluate spatial resolution using simulated contrast-enhanced vessels. Nine interchangeable ladder phantoms provide vessel-simulating slit widths from 0.3 to 1.5 mm.
Each 5 mm-thick ladder plate contains five vessel-simulating slits that are 5 mm long. The measurement region is made from epoxy resin and hydroxyapatite, with an acrylic-resin base.
