Calibration Services If you already own equipment need to have it calibrated, we have access to a calibration lab which is properly licensed to recalibrate and recertify your equipment.  Few, if any, non-government labs specialize in calibrating these high-range Civil Defense instruments.  To the best of our knowledge, the lab we use is the only lab which utilizes the original ‘Dept. of the Army – Office of Civil Defense’ CD V-794, N.I.S.T. Traceable Cx-137 (Cesium) calibrators that are specifically designed for properly calibrating these Civil Defense meters and dosimeters.  (The Geiger Counter based instruments, such as the CD V-700’s, are tested and calibrated at the lab with yet another source.)
