Standard Pixy Refurbishment     A)  Replacement of the foam and skin of cervical spine  B)  Disassembly, inspection, assembly and repacking with “soft         tissue” joint gel in elbows, knees & pelvis C)  Replacement of skin on elbows, knees, and pelvis. D)  Replacement of shoulder straps  E)  Tightening of all joints as required  F)  Repair of minor breakage of fingers and toes  G)  Correction of all minor cosmetic damage  H)  Repainting of the Phantom  I)    Replace Wig

J)   Replace Sweat suit  K)   Repair shipping case as required  Any major repairs will be an additional charge, and will be quoted upon request.  For the refurbishment and/or repair, you should plan for a minimum of one week transit each way and 30 days for the actual refurbishment/ repair. The customer is responsible for freight and should estimate $550.00 in each direction.  Freight collect shipments will not be accepted.   For shipment, it is extremely important that PIXY is securely strapped into the shipping crate and is very well padded.  Pay particular attention to the hands and feet.  The crate MUST be well marked with both “FRAGILE” and “THIS SIDE UP” labels.
